- The U.S. Army ARDEC-Picatinny is contemplatig award of a sole source purchase order to Universal Instruments Corporation, 33 Broome Corporation Parkway, Conklin, NY 13748-0825 to upgrade GSM1 equipment, surface mount assembly, to UPS+ software (Windows 2000) with networking capability. the equipment required for the upgrade includes VME UPS+Upgrade W/UIMC3 GSMX, UPS+ 2.8.4 Retrofit Machine SW and Doc Kit, Kit, 630-650 Retrofit and Field Installation Labor. See Numbered Note 22. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (25-MAR-2005); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
