- This procurement is for manufacture of various sized 2 in. X 4 in. nozzles used to characterize solid rocket propellants. The purchase will include 27 nozzles of different sizes for 2 in. X 4 in. rocket motor cases. F.O.B. Destination. Required de livery date is sixty (60) days or less after contract award. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the polcies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solication for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within fifteen (15) days of this notice (reference Numbered Note #26). All responsible sources may sub mit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. No telephone requests will be accepted.
