- Scope of Work: Provide services to supply and operate rental construction equipment under the direction of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, for the repair of a portion of the Heise-Roberts levee located within the Heise-Robert s Flood Control Project located within Jefferson and Madison Counties, Idaho. The Heise-Roberts levee rehabilitation will begin approximately 900 ft upstream of the Lorenzo railroad bridge and continue for approximately 1000ft. Equipment and operators wil l be rented by the hour, and will include operator, fuel, and maintenance. Time will be recorded on daily receipts. Location: The Heise-Roberts Flood Control Project is located within Jefferson and Madison Counties, Idaho. The project begins near the city of Roberts, Idaho, at River Mile 815.5 and extends upstream near the resort known as Heise Hot Springs at River Mi le 851.5. The rehabilitation location is approximately 900 feet upstream of the Lorenzo (-111 52 07 , 43 43 52=Hill location) Bridge on the right bank and will continue for approximately 1000 feet.
