Description

This is a notice of the Governments intent to award sole source (Note 22) to Synthes for bone fixation components as part of Synthes surgical implant set. This notice is a urgent requirement for Walter Reed Army Medical Center, 6900 Georgia Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20307, contract number W91YTZ-05-P-0674. Substitutions are not authorized. Parties interested in future announcements shall provide detailed information of their capabilities and FDA certifications to clearly meet the requirements state d above. Response (s) may be via email or on company letterhead: include companys name, point of contact, address, phone number, Duns number, tax ID, business size, and solicitation number. All responses must indicate the contract number and must be recei ved by 26 March 2005. Responses may be faxed to 202-356-0374 or emailed to laura.tomitz@na.amedd.army.mil.
