- GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION OFFICE SPACE NEEDED The General Services Administration (GSA) of The United States Government is interested in leasing 2,810 BOMA usable square feet / 3,232 rentable square feet of contiguous office space for occupancy by the US Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Office of Facility Management and Construction in Aberdeen, South Dakota, for a term of 5 years, 3 years firm. Two reserved parking spaces are required on-site for Government vehicles, with plug-ins is preferred. Visitor/employee parking should be available within one block. The delineated area is within the city limits of Aberdeen. Buildings listed on the Historic National Register of Historic places, potentially eligible for the National Register or within a Historic District are encouraged to offer. All space must be fully handicapped accessible and cannot be within the 100-year floodplain.
