Description

Primary and Preventive Medical Care and Mental Health Services for eligible veterans enrolled with Department of Veterans Affairs West Texas Veterans Health Care System (WTVAHS). The Contractor's facility shall be located in the Fort Stockton/Alpine area. Total authorized veterans are approximately 700 to 800. Primary care will involve but not limited to the diagnosistic treatment that includes diabetes mellitus, hypertension chronic obstructive lung disease and atheroschleratic heart disease. Provider must meet Joint Commission and Accreditation of Healthcare Organization (JCAHO) or other regulatory agencies. The effective period shall be from the date of award through September 30, 2006 with four (4) one-year optional renewal periods. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15. Solicitation will be available April 5, 2005. Request for solicitation MUST be in writing and may be faxed to (432) 264-4887. Only written request will be honored. NAICS Code 621111 applies with size standard of $8.5 million.
