- THIS IS AN ANNUAL NOTICE OF AN OPEN-ENDED BAA. NO PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME. When proposals are requested, an amendment to the PRDA will be published. The overall objective of the ATSPI BAA is to identify, study, research and develop the key technologies needed to strengthen current software protection capabilities for scientific, engineering, and modeling/simulation software that executes on general-purpose computers spanning high performance computing (HPC) clusters to advanced desktop machines. THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT ACCEPTING PROPOSALS AT THIS TIME. THIS IS MERELY AN ANNUAL NOTICE AS REQUIRED BY FAR 35.016(c). NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (25-MAR-2005); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
