- The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL is issuing this synopsis for the following items: The services requested will be for Medical Logistician services at the Maxwell Ambulatory Healthcare Clinic, Maxwell AFB, AL. Solicitation FA3300-05-R-0003 will be issued as a request for quote. This synopsis incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. The solicitation will be Set-Aside for Service Disabled and Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The contract will be awarded as a fixed price with a Base period and 3 Option years. Offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry(CCR.gov) and provide a copy of the registration to be eligible for award. Contractors must also be registered in Wide Area Work Flow(wawf.eb.mil). The solicitation will be issued 7 Feb 05. Offers are due to contracting no later than 25 Feb 05 at 1630 or 4:30 pm and can be mailed to 42D CONS/LGCA 50 Lemay Plaza South Maxwell AFB, AL 36112-6334, attn: Thomas Manning.
