- Description
- Project includes the construction of approximately 500 square feet of new office space above the existing office space and construction of approximately 700 square feet of new cold storage warehouse space above the existing shop area. Included with this project is a new heating system and an optional bid item for a new platform lift. Project is located on the superior National Forest, St. Louis County near Ely, Minnesota. The desired date for starting work is approximately July 1, 2005 with a recommended contract completion date of November 1, 2005. Please direct all TECHNICAL QUESTIONS to Frank Leoni at 218 365-7630. The estimated Government range is from $100,000 to $250,000. Official date for receipt of proposals will be shown on the bid package which will be posted in it’s entirety at this site at a later date.
