Description

The United States Patent & Trademark Office plans to award a sole-source commercial item contract in the amount of $189,377.55 with options for additional maintenance utilizing simplified acquisition procedures to Global 360, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source. No RFP will be issued as a result. The Commercial Item is as follows: Imaging and WorkFlow Software Maintenance MD-IMGSTD Imaging for Windows; Qty: 20 MD-IMGSTD Maintenance for Imaging for Windows (10/1/04 - 9/30/05); Qty: 1372 MD-I-SERVER-NT Maintenance for WMS Imaging Licenses (10/1/04 - 9/30/05) Qty: 30 MD-W-SERVER-NT; Maintenance for WMS Workflow Licenses (10/1/04 - 9/30/05); Qty: 290 MD-I-SERVER-HPUX; Maintenance for WMS Imaging for HPUX Server Access Licenses (10/1/04 - 9/30/05); Qty: 35 MD-I-SSWIN; Maintenance for Imaging Scan Station for Windows (10/1/04 - 9/30/05); Qty: 3 Due to the proprietary nature of the manufacturer’s software, only the software manufacturer, Global 360, 3 Bethesda Metro Center, Bethesda, Maryland 20814 is the only known source qualified to provide the required products.
