Description

The United States Patent & Trademark Office plans to award a sole-source commercial item contract in the amount of $279,724.80 with options for additional maintenance utilizing simplified acquisition procedures to Entrust, Inc. in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source. No RFP will be issued as a result. The Commercial Item is as follows: Entrust TruePass 1 Entrust TruePass User CAL (30,000) For use with a Single App ID. Discount due to upgrade from Web Plugin to Truepass. 2 Entrust Services Platinum Support Plan (1) Support for July 1, 2005 – December 31,2005 Due to the proprietary nature of the manufacturer’s software, only the software manufacturer, Entrust, Inc., 8300 Greensboro Drive, McLean, VA 22102 is the only known source qualified to provide the required products.
