- Description
- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Carnegie Mellon University’s Software Engineering Institute to provide training support regarding the outcome of the U.S. Secret Service (USSS)/Carnegie Mellon Univ. collaborative project, “Insider Threat Study (ITS).” Award will be made based on Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. No formal solicitation package is available. Any inquiries must include a full capability statement and must be received no later than five (5) days after publication of this synopsis. The Government will not be responsible for any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this announcement. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Note 22 – 45 days is changed to read five (5) days.
