Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) W912CZ-04-T-0030. (iii) This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-15. (iv) This acquisition is a Small Business Set-aside, Size standards 500 Employees. The applicable NAICS is 335313. (v) The item requested is as follows: CLIN 0001 1 ea. GE Circuit Breaker, Model AKR-7D-305. SPECS  GE Circuit Breaker Model AKR-7D-305, Electrically Operated, Drawout, 120 VAC Control, RMS-9 trip system (LSIG), 800A Sensors, 800A Rating Plug, Equipped with a bell alarm, fully Function, Test ed and certified with a one year warranty. CLIN 0002  Shipping to the following address: Directorate of Logistics, Central Receiving Point, POC: Bill Pugh, Building 601, Bay 5, Fort Greely, AK 99731. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial, applies to this acquisition, a long with the following addenda.
