Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes or offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W912CZ-05-T-0031 is being issued as a Request for Quote, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-27. Th is acquisition is reserved for small business concern. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 339999 small business standard size is 500. Line Item 0001: Contractor shall provide soldier individual medical pak made of nylon Cordura. The main b ody measures 4 ½ inches wide X 6 inches high x 1 ¾ inches front to back. If features quiet #10 zippers on 3 sides. It has 1 2/4 inch elastic to secure the contents to front and back inside panels. The pocket on the front is 4 ¼ inches x 6 inches x ¾ inc h front to back. It has a top closure flap with velcro to secure it closed. There is a pull strap inside to lift the contents up for easy removal. The back side features a MOLLE compatible attachmeent webbing that allows it to be attached to any MOLLE style bag, vestor carrier. Quantity: 4,000 each. DESTINATION: Fort Wainwright, Alaska 99703. Offerors shall include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications-- Commercial Items, with quotes. Offeror shall include a completed copy of DFARS 252.225-7000, Buy American Act Balance of Payments Program Certificate, if applicable.
