Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.The Missouri National Guard Recruiting and Retention Division has a requirement for five (5) Temporary Service Contract Employees the positions are identified as Officer Strength Force Spec ialist (2), Logistics Management Specialists (1), Information Management Specialist (1), Recruiting Operations and Training Specialist (1), the contractor to provide employees for a Base Year plus 2 Option Years. The Request for Proposal is being prepared with provisions and clauses incorporated through FAC 2001-27 as an unrestricted solicitation under NAICS 561320. Evaluation for Recruiting and Retention Contract Employees is as follows: The Government shall award a c ontract to the contractor that is determined to have past performance that best meets the requirements of the Missouri Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Command. The contractor must provided references to include: 1. Information concerning past performance of providing contract employees for similar type work to include the name of the agency; address and point of contact with telephone number. Please provide information that you feel is relevant to this requiremen t. 2. Resumes of Company Key Personnel and personnel anticipated to fulfill this contract. The point of contact will be telephonically contacted to provide information (written and/or verbally) concerning your performance. Pricing offered will be competitively compared to other pricing received. The Government shall trade-off experience of personnel for price. It is anticipated the contract shall be awarded without discussion. U.S. Department of Labor Rates are applicable to this service and will be included at time of award.
