- Description
- The purpose of this amendment, 0001, is to respond to questions from prospective offerors with regards to the combined synopsis/solicitation posted on March 4, 2005. QUESTION 1: Where is the mention of lens options? ANSWER 1: Optional lens will not be purchased under this requirement. QUESTION 2: What is the proposed flight height? ANSWER 2: Reference Item 14 in the Specifications, Attachment No. 1 QUESTIONS 3: What is the proposed resolution (GSD) requirements: ANSWER 3: The required GSD is not specified because it will come out of the specified camera resolution, lens chosen for the particular survey, and aircraft altitude. This is the reason for the 4kx4k (medium format) minimum pixel and 2.5 second cycle time camera specification. This will support stereo operations at most of our altitudes and aircraft speeds, and reasonable GSDs given the other trade-offs.
