Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to Upgrade Berthing Trailers at U. S. Coast Guard Station Calumet Harbor, Chicago, IL. Major work items include: Replace existing 400 amp trailer distribution panel and (3) 200 amp sub-panels; install new fire alarms in (3) trailers, and connect to ops room FACP. Provide new underground conduits from building to trailers; replace wood sidewalks with concrete sidewalks (L 200ft x 3ft wide); provide new leveling jacks and wood pads to stabilize trailer foundation (30 jacks); replace six trailer doors; provide (2) new 50 gallon water heaters; provide a new underground communication conduit to office trailer (L 25 feet); construct new 80 foot sanitary force main, (1) manhole, and 30 foot gravity sewer pipe. This procurement is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. The applicable NAICS 238210. Completion time is 90 DANTP. This project is set aside for small businesses.
