The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order for the Coast Guard Womens Enlisted Combination Caps, fully assembled with one additional cap cover of matching size, to Kingform Cap Company, 184-08 Jamaica Ave, Hollis NY 11423. The Coast Guard Uniform Distribution Center intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
