Description

This solicitation is for a long term (5 yr), indefinite quantity contract for 31 NSNs that comprise the windows for the Landing Cushion Air Craft (LCAC). All NSNs have a source controlled drawing (53711 625-6981359) and as of the date of this solicitation only the source(s) cited on the drawing have been approved. The estimated value of this contract is $1.6M and a list of the proposed NSNs is blow. All offers from responsible sources will be considered. Numbered notes 8 and 26 apply. Notice to All Contractors: In a final rule contained in the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-26 (Item FAR Case 2002-24) published in the Federal Register on December 20, 2004, the Federal Acquisition Regulation was amended to require offerors to submit representations and certifications electronically via the Business Partner Network. Offerors are encouraged to complete an Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) as soon as possible since this requirement will be appearing in solicitations in the near future.
