Description

The HQ Air Intelligence Agency Contracting Flight at Lackland AFB TX, intends to award a Purchase Order to SecureLogix Corporation, 13750 San Pedro, Suite 230, San Antonio Tx 78232, on a brand name basis. No equals will be accepted. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with (10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1)) Brand Name FAR 6.302-1(c). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented, with additional information included in this notice: REQUIREMENT: Securelogix ETM-Care-Digital, Digital Span Customer Care Bundle, Qty 176 ea., ETM-3200-EW ETM 3200 Appliance Extended Warranty, Qty 11 ea., ETM-1000-EW, ETM 1000 Series Appliance Extended Warranty, Qty 11 ea. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-02. No installation required. The requirement is FOB Destination. Place of performance is HQ AIA DO/102 Hall Blvd, Ste 246, Bldg 2000 San Antonio Tx . Payment of invoices will be made by DFAS-San Antonio. The estimated completion date of all requirements listed is 30 Apr 2005.
