Description

The USPFO for Kentucky has a requirement for four incinerators. They are to be 8 feet long x 42 inches in diameter (58 cubic feet). Horizontal orientation required. Steel shell thickness .735; unit reinforcement 2 x 1 solid steel; Diesel fuel fire d at 2.25 gph; spiral flame action; rrquired voltage 120 volts, 60 Hz, 20 amps; adjustable timer; lining material: 2.5 inches of refractor block mortared in place, rated for 3000 degrees temperature; doors should be lined with 3 inches of ceramic fiber ins ulation, rated for 2500 degrees temperature. Life expectancy of line should be 7500 hours or more; heat control shut-off and digital read out (heat probe); removable end plate; winch opening system; load capacity 1200 lbs, loading door size: 66 inches in length and 33 inches wide or larger; 1 year warranty. Vendor will provide operational training on site. This is a 100% small business setaside.
