Description

The National Park Service is offering for lease residential Quarters 46 Colonel's Circle (Quarters) at Fort Mason, Golden Gate National Recreation Area (GGNRA), San Francisco, CA. A one year lease at fair market value is being offered by sealed bid procedure pursuant to the procedures set forth in 36 CFR Section 18.7. Minimum rent for the Quarters is $5,200.00 and a deposit of $1,500.00 is due with the bid. Bids are to be submitted to GGNRA Headquarters, Mail Room, Fort Mason, Building 201, San Francisco, CA 94123, Attn. Realty Specialist, no later than 4:00 P.M. April 26, 2005, and must be submitted on the Bid Form provided by the GGNRA and pursuant to the instructions set forth therin. A copy of the Bid Form can be obtained by calling (415) 561-4729 or writing "GGNRA NPS/FORT MASON RENTALS/Fort Mason, Bldg. 201/ San Francisco, CA 94123" . Highest bidder will be notified within three days of the bid deadline, and will be required immediately thereafter to post rent and security deposit and sign the lease. Occupancy is expected by May 1, 2005. An open house for inspection of the Quarters will be conducted from 12:00 P.M to 4:00 P.M. on Sunday, April 17, 2005. Additional information about the Quarters, their condition and lessee responsibilities are set forth on the previously described Bid Form.
