Description: The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a sole source indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC) for the procurement of EA-6B ICAP III kits and associated spares. Under the proposed contract, the Navy will procure up to a maximum of 32 ICAP III kits and associated spares that will be used to upgrade EA-6B aircraft for use in fleet operations.
