- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCADLKE), Lakehurst, NJ intends to place a sole-source contract with King Nutronics Corp., Woodland Hills, CA, for replacement items. These items will be procured for Calibration Standards (CALSTD?s) and ancillary equipment for Aviation Fleet Intermediate Calibration Laboratories (NCLs) to support Aviation Organizational and Intermediate (I) level maintenance assets. The items to be procured include the following: qty 5 Fluid Separator P/N 3460-54-1, qty 2 Vacuum Pump Assy. P/N 3514-2-1, qty 2 Pressure Accessories P/N 3613-1-1, qty 3 Port Inst. Clean System P/N 3634-1-1, qty 2 Intensifier P/N 3666-17-1, qty3 Liquid Trap P/N 3666-197-1, qty 1 Vacuum Pump Assy P/N 3682-78-7, qty 1 Accessory Kit P/N 3688-24-1, qty 2 PS Test Hose P/N 3688-26-0480, qty 5 Regulator Kit Assy. P/N 3688-30-1, qty 1 1K PSI Master Gage P/N 3712-20-1000, qty 10K PSI Master Gage P/N 3712-20-10000, qty 1 200K PSI Master Gage P/N 3712-20-200, qty 1 500K PSI Gage P/N 3712-20-500, qty 1 5K PSI Master Gage P/N 3712-20-5000. King Nutronics is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of this equipment and own all data rights. This support equipment is peculiar in nature and King Nutronics holds all data rights. The Government does not own specifications or drawings for the above list of parts. NAWCADLKE intends to procure these items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c ) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit proposals, which may or may not be used by the Government in determining whether or not to open this requirement to competition. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based on the responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Numbered Note 22
