Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS APPROXIMATELY 9,660 RSF OF OFFICE SPACE FOR LEASE IN HOUMA, LA (SFO# 4LA0155) REQUIREMENT: General Services Administration is interested in leasing office and related space consisting of approximately 9,660 rentable square feet, which will yield approximately 8,400 BOMA usable square feet of office space for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The space will be occupied by Minerals Management Service. LEASE TERM: Twenty (20) years; Ten (10) years firm term. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Space offered must be contiguous and have potential for an efficient layout. Space should be located in a professional office setting. The Government requires a fully serviced lease including 4 secured and reserved parking spaces for government vehicles. An additional 31 parking spaces are required for employees and visitors. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are desired as part of the rental consideration. Subleases will not be considered. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in an area bounded by the streets shown below. Offered properties which front the boundary line streets will be considered to be within the area of consideration.
