Description

This is a synopsis for an upcoming solicitation (to be numbered GS-08P-05-JBM-0051) for the following project: Re-point the exterior stairs of an historic courthouse in downtown Denver, Colorado. The projected work includes removal of old grout/caulking, securing loose risers/treads, installing new grout/caulk on stairs as well as base of columns. Successful offeror will be expected to comply with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Buildings, available at http://www.cr.nps.gov/hps/tps/standguide/. The value of this project is estimated to be between $25,000 and $50,000. Formal solicitation for this project will be posted on Fed Biz Opps in 15 days.
