- Previous synopsis posted 09 Dec 2002 for ORGANIC AIR VEHICLE SENSOR INTEGRATED SUITE (OSIRIS) PROGRAM under BAA N61339-01-R-0023 is modified to call for technical and cost proposals from qualified offerors in reference to this effort. Proposals are to be submitted in accordance with the procedures outlined in Amendment A003, dated 30 January 2003, to the BAA. If you have previously submitted a proposal in response to Amendment A003 of the BAA, please provide the Contracting Officer instructions for the disposition of your proposal. Proposals must be postmarked and received, via mail only, at PEOSTRI Orlando, Attn: Vanessa T. Dobson - Contracting Officer - Code 2535, 12350 Research Parkway, Orlando, FL 32826, no later than 29 March 2004 by 3:00 p.m. EST. All submissions in response to this request must be unclassified. All other information in the original announcement remains unchanged. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (02-JUN-2003).
