- The previous annoucement for white papers in reference to the research interest entitled, 7.0 “Additional Research Topics, LVC-IA Joint Seamless Interoperable Training Environment,”posted 7 Mar 05 is amended as follows: The web address for obtaining the OCI clause for this effort is http://www.ntsc.navy.mil/EBusiness/BusOps/Acquisitions/Index.cfm?client=stricom&men=OPA. Once here, select the LVC-IA posting. In addition, You are hereby advised that the Government may use non-government participants in the technical evaluation of the white paper responses. These participants will also have access to proposals requested as a result of this call for white papers. Specifically, Morgan Research Corporation personnel may be participating in the technical evaluations. The Government will ensure that all Morgan Research Corporation personnel used in this capacity have signed certificates of non-disclosure and financial interest, or an equivalent document. Morgan Research Corporation's Contract includes the Organizational Conflict of Interest (Services) clause, NAVAIR 5252.209-9510 or equivalent. Submission of a white paper, and proposal if requested, shall constitute consent to the disclosure of proprietary information to the applicable Morgan Research Corporation participants in the technical evaluation. Unless an objection to the use of Morgan Research Corporation personnel is received by this activity, consent is given by the submittal of your white paper.
