Request for Quote (RFQ) 61903-0003-5, for ice machines and dispensers at FCI Herlong, California, is hereby amended to incorporate/change the following: 1. Item No. 0001, part number is corrected to KM-500MAH; capacity is corrected to 450-500 LB per 24 hours. 2. Item No. 0002 DB-200H Dispenser Bin shall include the DB Top Kit (HS-2036). Offerors are to acknowledge receipt of this amendment on each copy of the offer submitted. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
