Description

The U.S. Coast Guard Homeland Security intends to procure utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Procedures (FAR) Part 13 and policies in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, Oxygen Breathing Apparatus (OBA) Type A-4 and OBA Canisters. This is 100% SET-ASIDE, Small, Woman-Owned, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HubZone, Small Disadvantaged Veteran-Owned, etc. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 423850, and the Small Business Size Standard is 100 employees. Interested sources may identify their interest to receive the solicitation via e-mail to rsmalley@mlca.uscg.mil. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsive, responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be advamtageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Delivery, Price, and Past Performance.
