Description
The United States Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center has requirements for services to open, inspect, report and possible overhaul of 1) NSN 3950-01-466-0978, Drum Winch, Mfg: Appleton Marine, part number BMD-390 (LH), quantity 2 each, 2) NSN: 3950-01-419-1845, Drum Winch, part number GS30CT-44076-07SP, Mfg: Braden Carco Gearmatic, qty 2 each and 3) NSN: 3950-01-419-5633, Drum Winch, part number 03808, Mfg: Braden Carco Gearmatic, qty 4 each. Repairs shall be accomplished in accordance with ELC Specifications. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination, USCG Engineering Logistics Center, Receiving Room Bldg. 88, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Request for Quotation (RFQ) HSCG40-05-Q-50121 shall be available for download from FedBizOpps (www.eps.gov) on or about March 30, 2005. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the EPS systems for changes or amendments to the quotation. Note: In accordance with FAR Case 2002-24, Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-26, and FAR Subpart 4.12 - Annual Representations and Certifications, the use of ORCA will become mandatory as of January 1, 2005. ORCA is available through the Business Partner Network (BPN) at <http://www.bpn.gov/ >. Contractors will use ORCA to electronically submit annual Representations and Certifications (Reps & Certs). Contractors will no longer be required to submit hard copies of their Reps & Certs with each proposal. For contractors to be able to upload their Reps & Certs to ORCA, they must have an active Central Contractor Registration (CCR) record and a Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN). To search for the contractor?s Reps & Certs, you must go to this page <http://orca.bpn.gov/publicsearch.aspx > and enter the contractor?s DUNS number.
