Description: USDA Forest Service, R3 Regional Office plans to perform a sole source contract with Mr. Doug Shaw who has unique qualifications to perform the following: Document BAER planned and actual accomplishments for all BAER projects nationwide in the Forest Service using NFPORS database. Plans and accomplishments will be provided by the Regions in various formats. The information in the plans will be analyzed, interpreted, and entered date in a consistent format into NFPORS data base for all FY04 and FY05 BAER projects. Level of effort is estimated at 160 hours.
