Description

Synopsis COCESS Malmstrom AFB, MT The successful offeror will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, transportation and materials to support a Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store (COCESS) located on Malmstrom AFB, MT. The contractor shall acquire, issue, deliver, and store a variety of materials, tools, equipment, parts, and supplies for construction, home repair, and facility maintenance and repair for use by authorized government personnel. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 444130. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside, the SBA size standard for NAICS code 444130 is 500 employees. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for offer. (See Internet site: http://www.ccr.gov/). Prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications at http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (see FAR 4.1102). All responsive small business offerers will be considered by the agency. The entire solicitation will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO)(See Internet site: http://www.eps.gov/). The solicitation can be accessed and downloaded of the EPS site by following the links: Vendor / USAF / Air Force Space Command / 341 CONS Malmstrom AFB. Once the solicitation is posted, on or about 02 May 2005, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the site frequently for updates or amendments to any and all documents. Responses are required to be received no later than 1500 Mountain Standard Time (MST) 1 Jun 05. A site visit is tentatively scheduled for 10 May 2005 at 0900. Offers are advised to forward past performance questionnaires to past performance references in ample time to be received by the contracting office no later than the time set for receipt of offers.
