Description

The Directorate of Contracting, Fort Bliss Texas, is seeking sources to provide dedicated helicopter ambulance service. To provide on-call aeromedical ambulance service for designated pre-hospital emergency medical transport and in-flight treatment of military beneficiaries. The contractor shall provide emergency airlift of patients between Fort Bliss Texas, the military range complex, and the regional military community within a 100 mile radius, and William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Aircraft transport capability: minimum of two litter patients. Crew should consist of: Pilot, Flight Nurse and EMT Technician. No Request for Proposal is available; however interested parties may submit a Statement of Capa bility for satisfying this requirement to the contact person listed above. This announcement is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources shall respond by submitting a written narrative Statement of Capability including detailed te chnical information and other technical informational literature demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirements. The responses must be sufficient to permit agency analysis to establish a bone fide capability to meet the requirements. No telepho ne requests will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
