NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED. PRON: AX5Q0141AX, NSN: 1680-01-173-8193, PN: 406-076-102-103, Quantity: 40 each with Two 100% Options, applicable to the OH-58 D Aircraft with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 40 each, 375 Days Aft er contract Award (DACA). Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 40 each, 250 DACA. Production Lead-time with Article II Clause is 40 each, 313 DACA. This item is restricted to HR Textron Inc., Cage Code 81873 and Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., Cage Code 97499, because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DOD-STD-100. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation requirements. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the Solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are remin ded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offero rs must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award.
