PRON: AX5Q0195AX, NSN: 3110-01-173-5847, PN: 406-040-430-101, QUANTITY: 35 each applicable to the OH-58D, with delivery to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. This item is restricted to Timken Aerospace, Cage Code 78118 and Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., Cage Code 97499 because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 35 each and 263 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by acce ssing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Comprehensive Automative Process for Source Approval (CAPSAR) and Policy relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation Requirements. The closing date annotated is an estimated date an d may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective emb assies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet pre-qualification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency.
