Description

The US Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) Acquisition Center - Washington intends to purchase two each Raytheon Thermal-eye 300D Series Camera with 25mm lens, part no. 3261544-5; and three each Raytheon Thermal-eye 300D Series Camera wit h 75mm lens, part no. 3241544-6. These items will be used for long wavelength infrared video. This is a 100% set-aside for small business. The period of performance is 30 days from date of award. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and DFARS 252.204-7004. This announcement is a combined announcement/RFQ in accordance with FAR Part 12.5. Responses should be no longer than 10 pages. In addition, responses shall include a complete set of commercial Certifications and Representations as set forth in FAR 52.212-3. A copy of this clause may be downloaded from http://www.arnet.gov/far/. These Certifications and Representations shall not be included in the total page count.
