Description

PALOMINO VALLEY FIRE STATION PAVING - The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to construct a paved entrance and parking area, in accordance with the forthcoming Solicitation for this project. The estimated price range for this work is between $25,000 and $100,000. The NAICS code for this work is 237310 and the Period of Performance is 45 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bonding will be required as follows: 1) Bid Bond at 20% of the bid price; 2) Payment Bond at 100% of the contract price; 3) Performance Bond at 100% of the contract price. This requirement is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The Solicitation will be available by electronic posting ONLY at http://fbo.gov/ Offerors will be required to print the bid documents and use them for submission of their bids. The Solicitation will be posted on or about April 14, 2005. An offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee shall be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract agreement resulting from the forthcoming solicitation (see FAR 52.204-7 (b)(1)). In conjuction with the required registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications at http://orca.bpn.gov prior to submission of bids.
