St. Louis, MO 63102. Install a new 200 Amp Service from North Basement to East Basement, Jefferson National Expansion Memorial, 11 North 4th Street, Solicitation Number I6520050002, SEEKING QUALIFIED SMALL BUSINESS COMPANIES TO BID THIS PROJECT. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238210 and the Small Business Standard is $12 million (average gross revenue for the last three (3) years). MAGNITUDE OF PROJECT: $25,000 to $100,000. NOTICE TO POTENTIAL BIDDERS: This project is set aside 100% for Small Business Contractors. Work consist of the following: Install a new 200 Amp Service, 208/120 VAC, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, from North Basement Switchgear to East Basement Room 27. Approximate length of conduit run is 250 linear feet. New Panels shall be Cutler-Hammer Pow-R-Line 1a model to match existing new work. All work shall be contained in IMC conduit, or EMT, wire type THHN. Separate grounding conductor, green in color, shall be included. Size copper conductors and wire ways in accordance with NEC and for not more than 3% voltage drop. Equivalent Type MC Cable is acceptable, at contractor's option, NEC 2002 Article 330. TYPE OF CONTRACT: A firm-fixed price contract that requires a lump sum bid. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The period of performance is thirty (30) calendar days from issuance of notice to proceed. PUBLICIZING AND RESPONSE TIME: The solicitation package will be issued on or about April 14, 2005 with a bid opening date on or about May 16, 2005. Solicitation packages may be obtained via the Internet by accessing the National Business (NBC) Opportunities website at http://ideasec.nbc.gov.
