- Description
- Provide all necessary services and equipment for supervision, labor, parts, repair, fuel, transportation, and any other supplies or services necessary to perform all work required for the development of 60 Conservation Reserve Program Plans on a total of 10,272.2 acres. Technical Service Providers (TSP) shall be certified in Certified Conservation Planner (CRP) category. The start date will be on or about February 24, 2005 and all work to be completed by July 1, 2005. Conservation practices will consist of: Conservation Cover (327), Nutrient Management (590), Pest Management (595), Wildlife Habitat Management (645), and Wildlife Watering Facility (648) in Zone 1, Hartley, Moore, Ochiltree, and Sherman Counties, Texas. Purpose/Objective: To have planned conservation practices installed on the land. Prior to contract award, the contractor will need to be certified as a Technical Service Provider (TSP) meeting the NRCS national criteria established for certification in the category(ies) listed above. The certification criteria is located in TechReg, an NRCS web based certification application program found at http://techreg.usda.gov. The NAICS Code is 541990. This project is unrestricted. Solicitation will be posted and be available to download on or about January 26, 2005. Effective October 1, 2003, all contractors are required to be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to being awarded a contract by NRCS. The CCR database is the primary Government repository for contractor information required to conduct business with the Federal Government.
