Description

AMENDMENT ONE TO RFI-ABIDS-3-18-05 - REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) - Alternatives and Design Concepts for an Airborne Border Incursion Detection System (ABIDS). The deadline for submittal of questions to the Contracting Officer is 4:30 PM (Washington, DC local time) on April 8, 2005. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. The Government shall post the answers to all questions received by the April 8, 2005 deadline. Therefore, interested parties should check this website frequently as responses will be posted as soon as possible after April 8, 2005. The deadline for receipt of responses to this RFI is hereby extended to 3:00 PM (Washington, DC local time) on May 17, 2005. The Government will adhere to any ?Proprietary? or ?Other Markings? placed on information provided. THIS RFI IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NOR DOES IT CONSTITUTE A CURRENT OR FUTURE GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENT. ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED TO THE GOVERNMENT IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY AND AT NO COST TO THE GOVERNMENT. ALL DATA PROVIDED TO THE GOVERNMENT IS PURELY VOLUNTARY ON THE PART OF THE PROVIDER AND AT NO COST TO THE GOVERNMENT.
