Description

The United States Patent & Trademark Office plans to award a sole-source commercial item contract in the amount of $107,904.00 with options for additional maintenance utilizing simplified acquisition procedures to Microsoft Corporation in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source. No RFP will be issued as a result. The Commercial Item is as follows: Microsoft Premier Support. Includes: 306 TAM hours, 47 incidents, technical information/newsflashes and 8 on-site visits. Due to the proprietary nature of the manufacturer?s software, only the software manufacturer, Microsoft Corporation, ArrowPoint 2, 8050 Microsoft Way, Charlotte, North Carolina 28273 is the only known source qualified to provide the required products.
