Description

Sources Sought: Description: Concerns having the ability to provide Preventive Maintenance/Emergency Services on Centrysystem 3 dialysis units with b/p monitors. The contractor shall furnish all necessary parts, materials, labor, supervision, test equipment, service-diagnostic software, technical manuals, and transportation. Repair technicians shall be trained and certified on the above mentioned equipment. Performance assurance inspections and calibrations shall be in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendation. NAICS code: 811219. All questions must be in writing and emailed to Bryan.Rogers2@med.va.gov or faxd to (505) 256-2894. NO TELEPHONE CALLS WILL BE RETURNED. NOTE: Work to be performed at New Mexico VA Healthcare System, 1501 San Pedro Dr. SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108. Concerns are requested to provide written (electronic) notification (including telephone number for point of contact) to Bryan S. Rogers at the procuring office listed in this notice by April 13, 2005. It is the intent of the New Mexico Veterans Affairs Healthcare System (NMVAHCS) to negotiate the purchase of these preventive maintenance services from Gambro Inc. as the sole source. Although no solicitation is available at this time, concerns responding to this notice may request a copy of the solicitation should one become available.
