Description

On behalf of the Assistant Secretary of the Army, Installations and Environmental (ASA(I&E)), the Defense Contracting Command-Washington (DCC-W) intends to issue an award in accordance with FAR 6.3 to execute a commercial award under other than full and open competition to Inside Washington Publishers, a small disadvantaged company. Renewal of the following proprietary subscriptions are: Defense Environment Alert, EPA Weekly Report along with access to InsideEPA.com and the Environmental Policy Aler t, Superfund Report, Clean Air Report, Water Policy Report, Risk Policy Report, Inside Fuels and Vehicles, Inside Cal/EPA, and Inside OSHA periodicals. The anticipated performance period is for a base year of 12 months and 4 option years. The NAICS cod e is 516110. Contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This is NOT a request for quotes. The Government is not going to submit a solicitation for quotes. Interested firms may email capabilities statements or questions no later than close of business, 11 April 2005. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages fo r any technical information that may be provided.
