- The prospectus issued on February 18, 2005, is being amended. The amendment consists of adding a Secondary Selection Factor for the Aniakchak North Guide Area. The Secondary Selection Factor is, "The quality of the offeror's proposal to conduct its operations in a manner that furthers the protection, conservation and preservation of park area and other resources through environmental management programs and activities, including, without limitation, energy conservation, waste reduction, and recycling." The scoring for this Secondary Selection Factor is 0 to 3 points. This secondary selection factor applies only to the Aniakchak North Guide Area. The Cape Kumlik Guide Area and the Meshik Guide Area are not affected by this change.
