- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting synopses and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. The Navy has a requirement for replacement circuit cards for the AN/BQQ-10(V) Unit 4011 MPP Multipurpose Processor. The General Dynamics part numbers to be acquired are A000698 and 1003130-1. This requirement will be negotiated on a sole-source basis with General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems, 12450 Fair Lakes Circle, Fairfax, VA 22033, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government does not own the data rights for the drawings of the system. This action will result in a Firm Fixed Price IDIQ contract with a 5-year ordering period. See Notes 22 and 26. The solicitation is expected to be posted on or about 14 April 2005 on the NSWC Crane website at www.crane.navy.mil/supply/homepage.htm; no hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed.
