- The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center/Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command, Twentynine Palms, CA intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for rental of portable toilets for the period of 15 April 2005 until 30 September 2005 with (4) additional option years. This is a synopsis for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 5.207, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice and solicitation. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) # M67399-05-T-0014. Solicitation will be posted No Later Than 31 March 2005. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-02. This is a restricted purchase set-aside for 100% Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562991. The standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 7! 359. The small business size standard is $6 million. The Defense Priorities and Allocation (DPAS) rating for this requirement is DO-C9E. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) for this requirement is W085. Delivery of items will be made to the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, CA 92078 at the location specified on the award contract. NOTE: A FILLED-IN/COMPLETED PROVISION 52.212-3 MUST ACCOMPANY BID SUBMITTAL. Proposals are due by 12:00 P.M. (PST), on 13 April 2005 at the Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center/Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command, P.O.
