Description

This notice is for Request For Proposal (RFP) HC1013-05-R-2001 for the Enterprise Business Modernization (EBM) Project for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)/Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO). Attached to this notice is the RFP, Attachment J-1 - Capabilities Requirements Document (CRD), Attachment J-2 - Past Performance-Previous Contracting Efforts, Attachment J-3 - Past Performance-Questionnaire, Attachment J-4a - DD Form 254-Contract Security Classification Specification, Attachment J-4b - DD Form 254 Continuation Sheet, Attachment J-5, Nondisclosure Agreement for Contractor Employees, Attachment J-6 - Section 508 of the Amended Rehabilitation Act of 1998, Attachment J-7 - List of Deliverables. Vendors can also access the RFP and Attachments via DITCO's Contracting Opportunities Website https://www.ditco.disa.mil/dcop/public/asp/requirements.asp. This is a full and open competition. Questions pertaining to this RFP shall be submitted electronically to both deborah.arentsen@disa.mil and jan.haake@.disa.mil not later than Thursday, 14 Apr 2005, 4:00pm, CST. An RFP Amendment will be issued to provide responses to questions received prior to Thursday, 14 Apr 2005, 4:00pm, CST. The Government cannot guarantee a response to any questions received after this date/time. The RFP and subsequent amendments will be posted to the FedBizOpps and the DITCO Contracting Opportunities Website https://www.ditco.disa.mil/dcop/public/asp/dcop.asp.
