Approved Sources: CFM Intl Inc, Cage 58828 and Tri-Mack Plastics Manufacturing Corp, Cage 60402. Destination inspection required. FOB Destination. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. IAW QAP 001. Requested delivery is 30 DARO. This NSN is a critical application item, is a configuration control item, is not a commercial item, and is not a critical safety item as of 02/22/2005. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 6148 each for the base year and 5064 each for each option year thereafter. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 2772 each for the base year only. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
