Description

In accordance with OMB Circular A-76 (Revised May 29, 2003) The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is publicly announcing the start of a Streamline Competition for Employee Development, Professional Development Training, IT Security Training, and Administrative Support to Training. The Competitive Sourcing Official (CSO) is Dr. Ed Sontag, Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management, Department of Health and Human Services. The Contracting Officers (CO) are Patricia Pemberton and Lisa Schneider. The projected end date of the Competition is August 12, 2005. The functions at NIH include but are not limited to training activities, assessments of training needs, recommendation of training topics, targeted audiences, and timeframes. Develops and/or modifies course materials, accordingly. These services, are currently provided by forty-two Federal Government employees. NIH will issue another notice to announce the decision of the cost comparison on or about August 16, 2005. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME
